KarmSolar invested in and manages the entire energy infrastructure of Arkan Plaza including a full rehabilitation of the electricity grid and bill issuance and collection. A dedicated solar station is installed at Arkan Plaza to provide renewable energy to the mall. KarmSolar and EFG Hermes also operate the Tenants Financing Program at Arkan Plaza which provides tenants with premium financing services backed by their electricity consumption behavior.
